The awards business is a custom business. This means you should give us a minimum of 7-10 business days for your order, if possible. If that's not possible, call us. End-of-School Awards Season Checklist
(Note: This list & turn around time is valid only during the end of school awards season in April & May)

Include your PO# when you place your order.

Include your in-hand/event date

Give us 2-3 weeks at least to complete your order. (Longer if possible.)

No Google Share docs. Attach the excel spreadsheet, word doc, OR type the order into the body of the email.

Please choose only 1 neck ribbon color for all medals in your order.

Please print your photos for any photo plaques you order. If you need to know what size you usually get, call or email us.

Please triple check name spellings for awards BEFORE sending us your final awards list.

Remember, you are one of many school clients. We do our best to respond to all emails as they come in. If you do not receive an order confirmation from us, please DO call and check.

Due to the high volume of very large orders this time of year, IF an item you order, like a specific subject medal for example, goes out of stock by the time we get to your order, please know that we will choose a substitution for it as close to the same style as possible.
